Yohan Rossel continued his official Citroën C3 R5 program with PH Sport in 2019, winning a promising second place in the overall scratch and the R5 class in the Terre des Causses 2019 rally, the first round of the French land rally championship. Pepe Lopez and the Citroën España team recorded their first victory in 2019 at the Sierra Morena Rally, the first event in the asphalt rally championship in Spain.
